Pineda <br />Director <br />RE: Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-1996-083, Bowie Resources LLC <br />Permit Revision No. 12, West Mine Expansion, Third Adequacy Review Letter <br />Dear Mr. Bear: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has finished its review of <br />Bowie Resources' LLC (BRL) July 8, 2010 submittal for Permit Revision No. 12 for the Bowie No. 2 <br />Mine. The following is the status of the adequacy review questions. Questions nos. 15, 51 and 87 <br />remain unresolved. Please note that question no. 66 will result in one stipulation and question no. 89 <br />is new. <br />Section 2.03.4 Identification of Interests <br />1. Concerning Section 2.03.4(7), there are three inconsistencies between the list of surface owners on <br />revised pages 2.03.4-6 in the permit application and the list of surface owners shown on revised Map <br />1. The inconsistencies are for the landowners numbered 05, 12 and 20. Please rectify the two lists. <br />This issue is resolved. In the June 1, 2010 submittal, BRL revised Map 1 and revised pages 2.03-4 and <br />2.03-6. <br />2. On revised Map 1, there are four landowner names, numbered 09, 13, 18 and 28, that appear in the <br />map list but whose properties are not shown on the map. Please rectify the map list with the map. <br />This issue is resolved. BRL supplied revised Map 1 and revised pages 2.03-4 and 2.03-6 in the <br />submittal dated June 1, 2010. Also, revised page 2.03-7 was submitted in the July 8, 2010 submittal. <br />Section 2.04.3 General Requirements: Site Description and Land Use Information <br />3.
