Issue(s) Raised by Obiiector: <br />The issue(s) raised by the objecting party are summarized below. The issues are followed by the <br />applicable section(s) of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction <br />Materials and/or the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The Division then provides its response to the issues <br />raised by the Commenting Parties. ISSUES WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE DIVISION AND BOARD <br />1.
