This project requires construction in, around and below existing <br />structures such as utilities, U.S. Highway 50 and the Amity Canal. All construction activities within the <br />reclamation and mining permit shall comply with the issued engineering construction plans and <br />specifications. <br />The construction and operation of this project will not hinder the function and operation of the existing <br />structures. The Contractor is responsible for complying with the plans and specifications as well as all <br />federal, state and local regulations. Any disturbed features will be restored to original or better condition. <br />Please find the attached preliminary approval letter from the State of Colorado, Department of <br />Transportation regarding the utility permit.
