C-1981-008
PR-06
19. Resolved.
July 23, 2010
19A. The CCC West Lateral Ditch section (page 2.05.3(3)-46) has not been revised to retain
historical information about the Temporary relocation. Please restore and update the
language stricken with the May 2010 adequacy response.
On Page 2.05.3(3)-46, the map referenced as depicting the location of irrigation features is Map
2.05.3(3)-1. Please revise to refer instead to Map 2.05.4-5.
The four bulleted items requesting changes to Map 2.05.4-5 have all been resolved. However,
the Division does have one comment: for the Lloyd and Benson-West parcels, areas designated
as Irrigated Pasture (IP) are rectangular and oriented N-S / E-W. The locations depicted for the
gated pipe to irrigate these two areas run due North from the proposed takeout locations. It
appears that the proposed layout of gated pipe and IP has been made without regard to the
contours of the land. Water will tend to flow from the pipe along the steepest gradient away
from the pipe, rather than flowing due west as would be inferred from the map. Please review
both the proposed layout of the gated pipe and the configuration of the IP areas and revise as
necessary to ensure that those areas seeded with the IP seed mix will be the same areas that are
actually irrigated by the gated pipe.
20A. Resolved.
21. Attachment 2.05.3(3)-8 still has a blank page 24 and duplicate page 27. Please fix these two
pagination errors, which will result in the numbering of the TOC being correct.
Rule 2.05.3(4) - Ponds, impoundments, other treatment facilities and diversions
22.-25. Resolved.
26. There still appears to be some mislabeled or incorrectly numbered attachments. The pages
contained within Attachment 2.05.3(3)-22 are incorrectly numbered as 2.05.3(3)-14... and the
new Attachment 2.05.3(3)-14 sent with the latest response package contains no file. It is
unclear what: this attachment is now intended to contain, because previously there were two
attachments labeled 2.05.3(3)-14. Please correct these inconsistencies and ensure that all
attachments are properly labeled and correctly numbered.
27-29. Resolved.
Rule 2.05.4(2)(c) Backfilling and Grading Plan
30-35. Resolved.
36.
a. Resolved.
b. A revised Attachment 2.05.4(2)(c)-7 has been provided; this portion is resolved. The last
sentence of this item requested that, "The locations of any temporary overburden and Bench
