right. We have to make our livings here, All of you live and are moving elsewhere and you get a
regular. $100,000 dollar a year, paycheck. We have to make what we raise provide for us and take
care of us the rest of our lives.
(22) Some of the things that WFC wants a response right away. Things aren't that easy. Marcia
wrote up a plan for our soils and with what there is now, it is a good plan, But, it is TAKE THIS
OR LEAVE IT and it shouldn't have to be. With what we have left after WF'C stole our Prune
soils, this is a forced situation. If our soils were still here, we would not be having this
discussion. I did not put us in the positions that we are in, you. did. We had plenty of prime soils
to redo our entire property as good or better than it was until WFC stole our soils. Now, the
State as well as WFC needs to develope a plan, to make what we have do. Our property will
never be as good as or better than it was and we are forced to accept a plan that shoukd of never
been,so again, it's take it or leave it.
(23) We fertilize EVERY YEAR and we will not accept any less than what we already do and
have done. WE PUT 400 POUNDS TO THE ACRE THIS YEAR AND THE REASON WE
HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD PRODUCTION IS BECAUSE WE HAVE ALWAYS
FERTILIZED GOOD. WE WILL NOT ALLOW FOR LESS THAN WHAT WE DO
OURSELVES. You have already stolen our topsoil and we will not depend on you to make
decisions to get our bond release when you know nothing about farming or what it needs. We do
it, and so will you, and it is critical to have the fertilizer so production can be made unlike what
you have done in the past I spent over 12000 dollars on fertilizer every year out of my own
pocket not counting the help from the HPP project and so will you!!!. If you are going to tryand
take short cuts after you stole our topsoil which you still need to pay Mr. And Mrs. Morgan for
that soil you stole, then get off this property because we will not accept any less than what we
had.
(24)We will. irrigate and manage the irrigation as we have always done and strive for perfection
and bond release. We would also like bond release in 5 years instead of 10 years becWe as the
laws state, we already EQUAL the 26 inches of rainfall that is required by law through irrigation
in ONE SEASON.
(25)How do we respond to some of these demands? The soil letter is accept or else and if the
mine quits mining today since they stole our soils, there isn't enough soil. to even put it back
without salvaging the rest. How is the farmer protected here and. how do we EVER have what
we had???
We had our irrigation in place and we could grow anything, how do we do this again?
(26)Jim Boyds agreement to what ? We do not know what Ji.m. Boyd was given or shown and
with past experience, the things Jim Boyd may have been given or told isn't anything what they
appear to be. If we can';t be in these discussions with Jim Boyd when they are being made, then
we won't accept that either. We talked with jim Boyd and he is never given the same
information that we are given. The PR,?infor, nati.on is so mixed up and out of terminology and
context that we can't imagine that he agreed to how Ross is saying he agreed to. We want Jim
