I am still requesting the withdrawal. of Permit Revision #6 because of the <br />numerous false statements and false information presented in all the books that we have read so <br />far. A Permit Revision # 6 needs to be put together with facts and only'the facts needed to get a <br />permit Revision approved that directly affects all the lands involved. It does not need all the <br />comments concerning management, so-called farmer defects, and all the false statements that are <br />being presented to the Division for their approval. As to WFC using W. Fultons' continuous <br />interim as an answer to questions regarding violations, Mr. Fulton gave a decision based upon so- <br />called facts that he was given and that Mr. Berry was given. Mr. Bent' gave Mr. Fulton the facts <br />as he knew thorn, not knowing that the so-called facts are in fact lies. Intelligent decisions cannot <br />be made when the. facts are all lies but if that is all he had to work with, I can, see why he might <br />think the decision was right but is not and. that is why I have appealed that decision. Rules. <br />Laws, and regulations have been broken. and they are still being broken because the same false <br />information is being used in PR6 and until someone makes the decision that these are all, lies and <br />correct them, the laws will continuously be broken. I will continue to fight until these <br />documentations are correct and right and the laws, rules, and regulations are being follwed <br />governing surface coal mining operations. <br />(1) Ross Gubka and WFC states that JoFllen Turner declined a meeting discussing a "SOIL" <br />letter that was prepared by Marcia. THIS IS VERY UNTRUE. 3 months ago, I made an eye <br />doctors appointment at St. Marys' Hospital to have the Terrigiums removed. from both of my <br />eyes. One week prior I was told to wear dark glasses and 2 weeks after. The appointment was <br />on June 24' and I left Nucla at 5:40 A.M. At 9:00 A.M., while I was reclined in a chair with my <br />eyes dilated, Michael called and said that Ross wanted to bring over a soil letter and give to him. <br />There was no meeting scheduled, not did I even know about the meeting. When Ross arrived, he <br />asked where I was and. Michael told him at the doctors. He discussed the letter with. Michael. <br />So, as you can clearly see, I did not decline to meet them face to face as they have stated and <br />again,, another tactic just to make it look like I am the bad person. here. <br />(2)Lance Wade very politely invited me on a tour of the mine with him and Michael. I have.2 <br />other jobs.besides here and one of those involves my granddaughter., Amber. I had to be to work <br />with her in less than an hour and already running late. 1-did not seethe importance of me touring <br />the Morgan Property when Michael knows every, inch of the property and everything that be <br />wanted to discuss with Lance. I did not attend this tour. There were NO decisions made as a <br />result of this tour. It was a discussion and Michael asked questions on the Bench one salt content <br />and Lance did not have an, answer. Michael asked about the ditches and the pipe coverage and. <br />Lance did not have an answer. He said Ross would have to discuss those things with him.
