The collection ditch leading into the sediment pond had sufficient capacity. <br /> The hillside spring water treatment pond was discharging into the river at about 10 to 15 gpm.The discharge had <br /> the usual orange color,which has been found to be in compliance with receiving stream standards.The hillside <br /> spring was flowing properly into the constructed collection ditch. <br /> The culvert at the entrance gate had sufficient capacity.
