Energy Fuels continues to be responsible for the reclamation of the <br /> substation. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> Vegetation throughout the mine site is in good condition. Areas previously treated for Knapweed control <br /> show no sign of re-growth. Vegetation throughout the mine and outlying areas are drying up. Monsoonal <br /> moisture patterns have not yet begun this growing season. <br /> OFFSITE SUPPORT FACILIITES -Rule 4.04, 4.28: <br /> Outlying areas were visited. These included; the Corley well site and access road,the power substation, <br /> the South fan,the Newlin Creek topsoil stockpile footprint,and the load out. No problems were noted at any of <br /> these outlying areas. Disturbance area markers consist of orange t-posts.
