No signs of noxious weeds were <br /> noted at either pond. <br /> MW65 and NWMW monitoring wells were both observed. No problems were not with either well. Energy Fuels <br /> samples these wells twice per year. <br /> PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES—Rule 4.10 and 4.11 Drainage Control; Surface <br /> Stabilization;Placement: <br /> Refuse pile is well vegetated with no signs of erosion or noxious weeds becoming established on the pile. <br /> No problems were:noted with the refuse pile. The pile appears stable. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3)Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br /> Maintenance4.03.1(5)and(6)/4.03.2(5) and(6)Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> Access roads throughout the site remain drivable. The access road to the reclaimed south fan area is rough <br /> but in fair condition. One other landowner uses this road a portion of the way to the south fan site for access to his <br /> property and currently has 16 head of cattle in the area. No cattle were observed on Southfield property. Energy <br /> Fuels utilizes this roadway infrequently. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> Reclaimed areas throughout the mine site appear in good condition. The access road to the Corley well <br /> has been reclaimed, and vegetation appears to b well established. The South fan has been reclaimed and <br /> vegetation on this site is mostly good.
