A drill pattern was set out by <br />an AMEC field representative. Seven holes were drilled encountering no voids, encapsulating the <br />previously observed working. An approximate total of 350 feet was drilled. The previously <br />observed void was filled with structural fill material from the recent blast in the area. Remediation <br />of UG#3012 is complete. An AMEC representative observed the confirmatory drilling constantly. <br />All known underground workings within the Phase 5 VLF footprint have been remediated in <br />accordance with design drawings and project specifications. <br />B) Mine Shaft/Stope Remediation <br />No work was performed during the week. <br />C) Lateral/Slot Remediation <br />No work was performed during the week. <br />IV) Storm Water Management Structures <br />A) Control Structures <br />No work was performed during the week. <br />VLF Weekly Report WE 06.19.10.1)
