The topsoil was loaded into tandem-axel haul trucks and placed in the East Cresson <br />Topsoil stockpile. <br />2) Placement <br />Topsoil placement continued for the downstream slope of the south toe berm. Topsoil was <br />hauled from the stockpile near the "five-way intersection" using CAT 740 articulating haul <br />trucks loaded by a CAT 980 front-end loader. The topsoil was placed on the slope using a John <br />Deere 850 excavator and a CAT D-6 dozer. <br />B) Subgrade Preparation <br />1) VLF <br />Fine grading, moisture conditioning, and compaction of subgrade was performed prior to soil <br />liner fill (SLF) placement during the week. The areas inspected and approved for placement <br />are shown in Figure 2. <br />VLF Weekly Report WE 06.19.10.D
