A. The Legend provides a symbol for "B-Seam Projected" workings, but these workings <br />have not been depicted on the map. Please revise the map to represent the B-Seam <br />Projected workings, including the 1 West Mains. <br />B. There are areas of red and green cross-hatching shown within the permit boundary, <br />but the Legend does not explain these symbols. Please add the red and green cross- <br />hatching symbols and explanations to the Legend. <br />C. The source of the geologic base map is not identified -please provide a reference to <br />the base map used to develop Map 07. <br />D. On the Strike and Dip symbols shown on the map (2) and Legend, the Dip is <br />mistakenly given in %. The numbers are correct, but the unit should be Degrees <br />Please modem each of these symbols accordingly. <br />This issue is resolved. Map 07 was revised in the June 1, 2010 submittal. However, the source of the <br />geologic base map is not known. <br />68. Maps 08 and 08A - Geologic Cross Sections <br />A. In the map view at the bottom of the sheets, the Strike and Dip symbol for the west B. <br />workings has not been added. Please add the second strikeldip symbol to this view. <br />This issue is resolved. Maps 08 and 08A were revised in the June 1, 2010 submittal. <br />69. Map 27 - Subsidence <br />A. The Legend indicates that the B-Seam Completed Workings are shown in a light <br />purple color, while dark purple is used on the map. Please ensure that a consistent <br />color is used in the Map and Legend. <br />This issue is resolved. Map 27 was appropriately revised in the June 1, 2010 submittal. <br />Minor Text Changes <br />70. The Table of Contents (TOC) section is missing a TOC page for Volume IV, Gob Pile, and for Volume <br />VIII, Identification of Interests (Deleted). Please submit a TOC page for Volume IV and, in order to <br />avoid any confusion, a TOC page for Volume VIII which identifies that volume as having been deleted. <br />This issue is resolved. A new TOC was provided in the June 1, 2010 submittal. <br />71. On revised page 2.04-13, please change the reference from Map 10 to Maps IOA and IOB. <br />This issue is resolved. A revised page 2.04-13 was supplied in the June 1, 2010 submittal. <br />72. Please change Aspring@ to "spring" in the second paragraph of revised page 2.04-22. <br />This issue is resolved. The change was made on, now, revised page 2.04-21 of the June 1, 2010 <br />submittal. <br />14
