Responses are hereby given to each of the issues <br />requesting additional information or clarification. The original request has been quoted. The response <br />is then provided in italics. <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C - Mining Plan <br />Statement "g)" should be modified to reflect the access from County Road 3 and referred to in Exhibit <br />D, statement "d)" otherwise, adequate as submitted. <br />Statement g) in Exhibit C - Mining Plan is hereby modified as follows: g) There will be direct access from <br />the pit onto County Road 3. <br />Statement d) in Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan is hereby modified as follows: d) The access driveway onto <br />County Road 3 will be left intact once the mining is complete. <br />6.3.4 EXHIBIT D - Reclamation Plan <br />Weed control methods are required to be used for all noxious weeds on site. A generic plan to control <br />all noxious weeds should be included in all permit applications. If a specific noxious weed species <br />appears in the future, the plan may need to be modified to deal with that particular species as that <br />time. <br />1
