INCORPORATED GEORGE M- ROBINSON
l JERICH RALIBER RE
?VIRONIMENTAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES '
MAY DAY MINE AND MILL SITE. WILDCAT MINING CORPORATION
110(2) PERMIT
March 12, 2010 Amendment M-1981-185
EXHIBIT C
Mining Plan
Rule 6.3.3
(1) () Specify the Estimated Dates that Mining Will Commence and End (Rule 6.3.3 (a))
Mining the May Day Nol and No. 2 will commence upon permit approval. Mining will continue
while economically feasible. Current reserve estimates suggest mining will continue for at least
20 years producing at a rate of 35-100 tons a day, 24 hours a day, and 365 days a year.
(b) Soil SalvaQina for Reclamation Purposes (Rule 6.3.3 (b) and Rule 3.1.9)
The areas proposed for mining are disturbed and thus topsoil will not be salvaged during the
proposed mining operations. Suitable topsoil where depths of 6 inches exist and in areas
approved for disturbance will be salvaged and stockpiled in areas (Figure E-5) marked with
topsoil stockpile signs (Rule 6.3.3(1)(b)).
Toosoil is limited within the oroiect area. Based on the lack of availability of appropriate
volumes of top soil and because Wildcat Mining Corporation is committed to minimizing
unnecessary environmental impacts from mining operations, at the time to conduct
reclamation. a suitable erowth medium will be provided for reclaiming the Lamb, May Day No. 1
and No. 2 portals and benches.
(c) Mine rock Quantity and Storage (Rule 6.3.3(1)(c))
Ore will be brought to the surface and crushed within the mill. Non acid producing ore will be
stored on the May Day No. 1 bench (See Figure E-5 for stockpile location). Following
processing mine rock to a concentrate (estimated at 1% of the total mined rock), the processed
mine rock will be returned to the worked out stopes in the vicinity of the May Day Stope (see
Attached 43-101 report, Attachment C-1) and disposed. Mine rock. Wildcat Mining Corporation
will dispose the processed mine rock in a stope located approximately 800 feet from the May
Day No. 1 mine portal as described in Professional Paper 219. Based on hydrogeologic
interpretation the bottom of stope is located at an elevation of approximately 9,200 feet which
is approximately 400 feet above the water table located below the Idaho No. 2 drift.
Tailings generated during the process will be slurried (50-80% water to solid concentration) and
disposed of in the old stopes. The designated stopes have a storage capacity in excess of
1,000,000 cubic yards. A current estimate of mine and mine rock production is estimated to be
100 tons a day over the life of the mine.
June 28, 2010 Amendment M-1981-185
"Stratrgically Positioned - Technically Prepared"
9034 E Easter Pl Suite 201, Centennial, Colorado 80112, p: (303) 832-7664, f (303) 832-7469
