Proposed Work Plan <br />Management <br />• Obtain approval from DRMS for the proposed work plan <br />• Coordinate schedules with DRMS to ensure DRMS direct supervision will be provided <br />during construction work activities <br />• Conduct field worker safety awareness meeting prior to daily work activities <br />• Identify permit boundaries with flagging tape <br />• Identify work area with flagging tape <br />Reporting <br />• Prior to work activity obtain photographs of the project site <br />o Includes the area where rock will be temporarily stored <br />• Document daily work activities <br />o . Clear area of debris, trash, paper etc. <br />o Remove trees, slash and properly store the wasted materials in designated areas <br />(see Figure 1) <br />o Estimate the amount and type of material moved <br />o Obtain DRMS signatures on daily work sheets <br />Work Plan <br />Site Preparation <br />• Remove trees from mine rock-stockpile for removal <br />Hydrocarbon relocation <br />• Retrieve 55-gallon drum, used oil contents, and any impacted soil or water, and <br />relocate to containment pad at Level 1 pending off-site disposal or recycling <br />Construction <br />• Install silt fences parallel to the access road to the mine rock to be removed from <br />Little Deadwood Gulch (See Installation Guidelines) <br />• Install straw bales in strategic areas to control runoff and sediment; include the bales <br />perpendicular to drainage channel in two separate locations down gradient of the <br />disturbed area. (See Installation Guidelines) <br />• Segregate moved mine rock for future use to create check dams and or for use as <br />stream channel riprap. Rocks must be greater than 6 inches. For future use, salvage <br />25 cubic yards for stream restoration activities. <br />• Since mine affected areas are not available within the Lamb permit boundary the <br />following interim activities are proposed:
