operation.
Initial sampling and testing of the refuse material will be conducted during the first six months of the
CPP operation. Refuse material sampling and testing will be conducted every six months after the
initial testing period for the first two years of the CPP operation. The number of tests identified
above will be completed for each sampling event. Additional testing will be conducted after the first
two years of operation only when there is an apparent change in the nature of the refuse.
Analysis
Stability analyses will be performed during the first 6 months and periodically thereafter if necessary,
depending upon the monitoring and testing results.
