WFC has revised Attachment 2.05.3(3)-8 to include a table of contents identifying each separate <br />document by name, date and parties. Pages 24 and 28 are still blank, and page 27 is still a <br />duplicate page. Please review these pages, and remove any that are truly blank or redundant. <br />Rule 2.05.3(4) - Ponds, impoundments, other treatment facilities and diversions <br />22. Resolved. <br />23. On page 3 of the response table prepared by Greg Lewicki and Associates, it is indicated that <br />corrected Map 2.05.3(3)-17 has been provided. This map could not be located in the response <br />materials dated May 25, 2010. Please provide the corrected map. <br />24. This question has to do with a proposed re-design of Pond 012. According to the response table, <br />WFC provided two corrected attachments and one revised map. Only one of the attachments <br />(Attachments 2.05.3(3)-12) was provided. From the response and changes to 2.05.3(3)-12 it <br />appears that WFC has decided not to revise the Pond 012 design after all. This is a good choice and <br />the revision to Attachment 2.05.3(3)-12 is acceptable. However, Attachment 2.05.3(3)-13 and Map <br />2.05.3(3)-12-4 are indicated in the response table as being revised but could not be located. Please <br />provide the Division with the attachment and map indicated on page 3 of the response table. <br />25. This question is in regard to the proposed Pond 013 re-design. The response table indicates that <br />Map 2.05.3(3)-18 was corrected but this map was not included in the response package. Please <br />provide this map. <br />26. It appears that WFC reincorporated the requested language regarding pond operation into the <br />Engineering and Hydrologic Designs for Ponds 011 and 013. However, in the response table WFC <br />incorrectly identified the appropriate attachments. More importantly it appears that the revised <br />attachments have now been mislabeled. Pond 011 As-Built was originally Attachment 2.05.3(3)-20 <br />but has now been labeled and numbered accordingly as 2.05.3(3)-14. The original Attachment <br />2.05.3(3)-14 now has a cover sheet/label of Attachment 2.05.3(3)-22. There are two separate <br />attachments numbered as 2.05.3(3)-14. Please clarify these discrepancies and label and number the <br />attachments correctly. <br />27-29. Resolved. <br />Rule 2.05.4(2)(c) Backfilling and GradinE Plan <br />30-32. Resolved. <br />33. WFC resolved the initial question but an additional concern is noted. On Map 2.05.4-1, the line <br />weight of the northern permit boundary where it crosses the WFC parcel is very light. Please use <br />a consistent line weight for the entire permit boundary.
