Please restore the deleted sections of text (pages 33 and 34), delete the blank pages, and delete the paragraph added to page 45. 19. Table 2.05.3(3)-3 (Timing of Road, Ditch and Utility Detours and Restorations) on Page 46 has been updated to provide the timing of road, ditch and utility detours and restorations. This table now seems to duplicate electric and telephone information presented in Table 2.05.3(3)-5 - Overhead Power and Buried Phone Relocations. Please delete the duplicated information from Table 2.05.3(3)-3. The date for the final entry in the table (19) is given as "Start 2024". Please review and revise if appropriate. This item has been otherwise resolved. 19A. The section on "Temporary Relocation for CC Company West Lateral Ditch" has been substantially revised with the adequacy response. Original language (beginning on page 55) has been deleted and replaced with a few new paragraphs. Rather than deleting the original language (except where it is incorrect), please provide updated information at the end (or in the midst, as appropriate) of the pertinent section. Please see question 53. for additional comments The currently approved version of Map Exhibit 2.05.4-5 "Postmining Vegetation/Land Use Map" includes depiction of existing and planned irrigation infrastructure (laterals, ditches, pipes, sprinklers, etc.). WFC has revised Map 2.05.4-5, with the requested information west of 2700 Road. However we have the following comments. • The locations of all irrigation features should be illustrated on a map. Currently, Map 2.05.4- 5 includes the proposed irrigation line locations for permit areas west of 2700 Road. The irrigation infrastructure east of 2700 Road is not included on the Map. Please incorporate all irrigation features on Map 2.05.4-5, or create a new map specifically for irrigation features. • For all irrigation structures, please distinguish between facilities proposed as permanent and facilities that are temporary for use during the liability period. • There is a notation on Map 2.05.4-5 for a proposed location for a 12-inch west extension pipeline. Is WFC requesting to extend a pipeline? Please provide a discussion of the proposal in the permit text. • On the west part of the permit area, it is noted that B. Benson has 44 shares of water total and on the east part of the permit area, it is noted that B. Benson has 42 shares. Please correct. 20. Resolved. 20A. Included at the end of Section 2.05.3(3), pages 61 thru 82, are a series of title pages for the various Attachments, beginning with Att. 2.05.3(3)-1 and ending with Att. 2.05.3(3)-22. Page numbers shown do not coincide with the system currently utilized in the permit. For example, page 2.05.3(3)-61 should actually be 2.05.3(3)-1-1 to be consistent with the permit. Please eliminate the Attachment title pages from the pages revised with PR-06.
