Box 68, Empire, Colorado 80438, has filed an application for an Amendment to its ap- proved Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) under pro- visions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed Amendment. AM-06, replaces withdrawn AM-05 and will: 1) Using updated map- ping technology, correct the Affected tend bound- ary and increase the total affected acres to 4117 acres by the gross addition of 568 acres of addi- tional buffer space and top soil storage areas at the mill site; 2) Delete 2 acres that encompass the ltcef Energy easement from the new total Affected Land; 3) Include 1 acre of affected land (subsidence) ad- jacent to the mill portal (USFS Legal Right-To-En- ter)- new total Affectad Land Area of 4117 acres. The proposed changes will not change the existing land use or the present mining or milling operations at Henderson. The location is multiple section portions in Township 2 and 3 South, Rang- es 77 and 78 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Grand County, Colorado.
