Leadville Mill activities anticipating Calais supplied ore: <br />1) Lake County conditional use permit (CUP) update <br />2) Lake County mine office trailer permit <br />3) APEN filing <br />4) CDOT access permit <br />5) Tailings storage facility design, technical revision and reconstruction <br />6) Parkview water agreement. <br />7) Mill equipment, replacement and repair. <br />8) Mill equipment, removal and reconfiguration for flotation circuit w/o gravity. <br />9) Mill additional equipment, filter and water management equipment. <br />10) MSHA compliance improvements. <br />11) Initiate removal of the sulfitic ore in the temporary ore stockpiles within 60 days of <br />resumption of milling operations. <br />12) No additional land will be disturbed, no additional land will be permanently reclaimed.. <br />The mill disturbed area remains at 6.6 acres. The Hopemore <br />Shaft activities anticipated for the upcoming year are reported below: <br />1) Conduct surface and underground tours. <br />2) Rehabilitation of the underground levels continued for tourist access. <br />3) Construction of board walks, parking and view deck continued. <br />4) New 110(2) permit application filing for the Hopemore Shaft. <br />5) Continued extensive care and maintenance. <br />6) No additional land will be disturbed, no additional land will be permanently reclaimed. <br />The mine disturbed area remains at 1.9 acres.
