The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when <br />considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be <br />notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />There is a maximum lineal feet and height of high wall allowed on site 9/30/10/ <br />according to the approved reclamation permit <br />Summit Brick and Tile must submit a revision addressing the limit. The revision must include a <br />detailed map showing the existing length and depth of all the high walls noted during the <br />inspection. Operator can remove the limitation in the expected revision, as long as an <br />adequate warranty is submitted to address the existing disturbance. <br />2.
