Now, outfall 004 will go directly <br />to Scullion Gulch at the point where it leaves the underground pipe (see <br />amended Figure 2). This physical change will ^ot result in an additional <br />inpact to state waters. No change should be felt. <br />In accordance with Section 6.9.3(10) of the State Discharge Permit System <br />Regulations, this action shall be considered as a minor modification and <br />as such, not subject to public notice provisions. <br />Page 19a of the permit is being amended as a result of [his action. <br />Jon C.
