The Tierra Piedra <br />Gravel Pit site is located in the NW 114 of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 16, Twp. 33N, Rng. 5W, N.M.P.M., Archuleta County. <br />NOTE: This well may be subject to administration in the water rights priority system in the future. It is recommended that a <br />water court decree be obtained to affirm the priority of the well. <br />NOTE: This permit will expire on the expiration date unless evidence of well construction, as requested in Condition of <br />Approval No. 8 above is submitted by that date. A cross section drawing (see Condition of Approval No. 8) must be <br />submitted to the Division of Water Resources to verify the well has been constructed. A one-time extension of the expiration <br />date may be available.
