Proposed Locations and Direction of Mining: <br />Attached is the original mining plan map dated 12/8/1986. The three remaining <br />areas to be mined are shown. The mining is estimated to be completed by the end <br />of 2013. All other areas shown on the original map have been mined or will not be <br />mined. <br />#2. Locations and Description of Stockpiles: <br />Existing material stockpile locations have been placed on the original mining plan <br />map. Future stockpiles will be located in the new areas being mined. Portable <br />processing equipment is used and is moved from area to area. <br />#3. Description and Location of Processing Equipment: <br />A portable cone crushing plant with a triple deck screen and stockpile conveyors is <br />set up in the area being mined. An excavator and front-end loader is used to feed <br />the plant. A front-end loader is used to load the stockpiled material on trucks for <br />export. <br />#4. Location of Retail Sales Structures: <br />The portable scale house (approximately 12'x50') and portable 60' truck scale are <br />the only structures used in association with the sale and export of material. The <br />location of such is shown on the mining plan map. <br />#5. Water Management Plan: <br />The material processing is a dry operation and does not utilize pumping or settling <br />ponds.
