(Page 3) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-1978-0ZRSr' <br />INSPECTION DATE: s/1R/ln INSPECTOR=S INITIALS: MAC' <br />The following problems (PB) and/or possible violations (PV) (and suggested corrective actions) were identified <br />during this inspection. The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />Field bindweed was observed within the permit boundary. Rule 3.1.10(6) states methods of 6 /8 /10 <br />weed control shall be employed for all prohibited noxious weed species. <br />PB or PV: PB_ <br />TOPIC(S): RV <br />Corrective actions are to: <br />The Operator shall develop an adequate weed control plan, in consultation with the <br />county's weed control officer, and submit it for inclusion in the permit under a technical <br />revision. The submittal must include a statement committing to prompt implementation of the <br />weed control plan. The weed control plan must be submitted on or before June 8, 2010
