Replacement depths of topsoil and subsoil will be documented and recorded for each <br />reclamation block. This soil replacement depth information will be utilized in the annual topsoil <br />balance and for bond release purposes. <br />Results of the soil testing analysis will be maintained by the mine and /or Division offices. <br />Qualitative monitoring for fertility will also be done on all reclaimed areas as part of the ongoing <br />revegetation success monitoring during the period of liability. Qualitative monitoring for fertility <br />will include unscheduled visual observations in conjunction with soil sampling will be conducted <br />at representative revegetation transact locations. <br />Subsoil sample #32 was originally tested on the Morgan property in 2008.
