S
CA)Ct
Dave Berry, Administrator
May 17, 2010
MAY 19 201 ;
Dear Mr. Berry, W aa4 wfY?'

P. 1
(f4
r
t ?- Z(D I'D

I know that all of you think I have no religion in my upbringing and that I am really a bad person,
but I'm not. The very first thing that I did when I read your letter was get down on my knees and
thank my Heavenly Father for giving me the strength to stay up all night and learn the laws and
the ability to remember the things that I was reading. I also thanked Him for sticking with me
and helping me understand what I read because sometimes I get so tired that I do write and say
things out of frustration and anger without the benefit of intellect and it comes out all wrong.
The second thing I did was thank you for taking the time to listen and at least study some of the
things that were and are wrong. Thank you. Although.. I do not agree with some of your
statements and I will continue to try and show you the reasoning behind those, you are on the
right track and are trying very hard to get to the bottom of the truth here. I can't really expect too
much more with all that I have hit you with at one time. I wish I could have known you years
ago and I know in my heart that everything here would have been fine if I had. Unfortunately,
that is not the case, so I will try and work toward getting everything right here with your help.
Please try and make it over here before any decision is made on PR 6. There is things here that
we really need to show you and I'm sure that once we do, everything else will fall in place.
As to me being part of the tours at the Mine, I don't need to be. I have no problem with anyone
there that I know of at this time, but if everyone feels uncomfortable with me going, I don't need
to ever go. But, I would like Michael to be able to go. He was born and raised right here on this
place and he knows every little thing about this entire place as well as everyone elses.. See, that
is one of the problems about the laws stating that everything should be at the court house for
public inspection. No one should ever have to go to the Mine for this information. It puts us all
in a bad situation because anyone can say that we said something or did something while we
were at the Mine and none of us want to be put in that type of situation and shouldn't have to be.
The laws state that the records will be kept at the court house in a public place that anyone can
examine them. The only things that do not have to be there is the CONFIDENTIAL things
which we aren't concerned with anyway. The public notices state that this information is at the
court house and should be.
I think that everything in your letter will solve most of the present day issues. I think you did a
very good job of reviewing what you have had time to do. There is a few future issues that need
to be worked out and I think with a visit from you, that even those can be solved. As to the past,
this was prime farmland and was documented as such and steps should have been taken to
protect our environment, our soils, and our livelihood. And I'm sorry, but that is a fight that will
take more to resolve than just a wish that it wouldn't have happened. That soil can never be
