The latitude and longitude of the entrance to the Pit is 37°02'56.23" and 106° 11' 15.43" <br />6.4.3 Exhibit C - Pre-mining and Mining plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />4. We are attaching files showing separate maps.. <br />5. We have added the Xcel Energy overhead electric distribution line located west of the property <br />to the map. <br />6.We have shown the typical vegetation covering the affected lands on the Mining Plan Map by <br />separate note on the drawing. The typical vegetation is rabbitbrush, sagebrush, and several grass <br />species typical of native rangeland. <br />7. We have affixed the signature and seal of Scott E. Johnson, P.E. & P.L.S as required. <br />8. We have updated our maps, both mining and reclamation with October 2009 photogrammetric <br />information which includes manmade structures. <br />9. We located topsoil stockpiles, and product stockpiles, together with the portable crusher as of <br />October 19, 2009. There is no overburden except a very thin layer of topsoil (to be stockpiled) in <br />this pit.
