Pineda <br />Theisen Mineral Director <br />1251 Bailey Dr. <br />Brighton, CO 80603 <br />RE: Suzanne Marie; DRMS File No. M-2009-093; Adequacy Review - 02 <br />Dear Mr. Theisen, <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (Division) has identified several other <br />comments and questions that must be addressed prior to the Division's decision due date. Please <br />be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any concerns identified in this <br />review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility to request an extension of the <br />review period. If there are outstanding issues that have not been adequately addressed <br />prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has been requested, the Division will <br />deny this application. <br />6.3.3 Exhibit C - Mining Plan <br />1. In accordance with Rule 6.3.3(1), please describe how storm water runoff will be managed. If <br />storm water runoff leaves the site, then the Applicant must describe how storm water will be <br />protected from pollution including sediment containment systems and storm water runoff <br />controls. In addition, if storm water is discharged from the mine site, then the Applicant must <br />apply for a storm water discharge permit from the Colorado Department of Public Health and <br />Environment. <br />6.3.4 Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan <br />2. The Applicant has provided the Division with a seed mix to be used during reclamation. In <br />addition to the seed mix, the Applicant must provide the following information: <br />i. Specify the point in the mining plan the site will be seeded. <br />ii. Explain how the seedbed will be prepared to eliminate compacted conditions (e.g., <br />plowed, chiseled, disced) <br />iii.
