III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Rob Zuber of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety (Division). The mine is a reclaimed surface mine east of Walden, Colorado with a reclaimed <br />loadout just south of the town of Walden. The weather was generally warm and clear, with wind and <br />some clouds near end of inspection. No snow covered the mine, Loadout, or access roads. The ground <br />was damp from recent rain or snow melt. <br />Signs and Markers: Permit boundary markers are needed at the following locations at the Lloadout: at <br />the gate, along the east side of the permit boundary, and along the west side of the permit boundary <br />parallel to the railroad tracks. <br />The entrance sign at the Marr Mine site is readable as shown in photo below. <br />3 of 6 WHITE - File YELLOW - Operator PINK - Specialist
