J. J. Dudash -2- April 22, 2010
Vegetation
Not applicable. No new disturbance will result from this drilling.
Reclamation Estimate
The surface elevation at the TC-03-01 drill site is 7118. The surface elevation at TC-
03-03 drill site is 6996. Therefore, the depth of the geotechnical hole will be reduced
from about 700' to 578-feet. This reduction in depth results in a decrease in the
reclamation estimate of less than $100. BRL is not requesting that the reclamation
estimate be amended by this minor revision application.
TR-66 Terror Creek Shaft
Since the location of the Terror Creek shaft has changed, please withdraw TR-66 from
further consideration.
Map 9 is enclosed to show the new location of the geotechnical hole. This Map 9 will
supersede the Map 9 that will be distributed with the approved TR-65 materials. It may
be possible for DRMS to approve this minor revision concurrently with the expiration of
the 10 day public comment period for TR-65 and thus incorporate this Map 9 into the
materials distributed with TR-65.
Sincerely,
1140'X?i
J. E. Stover, P.E.
Consulting Engineer
Cc: Bill Bear, BLM, USDA-FS
