._ _ F
There will be no fuel stored at the mine site. No new structures or fences will be
erected. The existing roads will be maintained to their present condition. An ad-it/
portal entrance at the southern edge of the mine will be secured with wire in front of
the bole in order to allow threatened and endangered species proper entry and exit
of portal. The entrance will mainly be secured to keep unauthorized personnel from
entering the port bole. A gate has been placed at the entrance of the mine site to
keep unauthorized personnel out.
PROPOSED RECLAMATION:
Measures we will take to prevent unnecessary degradation during the operation.
The reclamation will be ongoing. We will back fill all prospect areas after sampling
is completed. We will push dead waste rock back into pits and trenches. Growth
medium will be salvaged and replaced over back fill to its natural contours to be
compatible with the surrounding topograph.
All trash will be disposed of properly. The ongoing reclamation of lode claims CMC
245067-245069 will continue as we prospect and explore during the spring, summer
and fall of each year for approximately the next two years.
Reclamation of all areas we disturb will be completed to the standard described in
regulation 43 CFR 3809-420. Reasonable measures will be taken to prevent
unnecessary undue degradation of B.L.M. land during this operation.
01 '!?Wl
Dennis M. Cordova
Claimant/Operator
Charles A.
