The well has been removed from Table 9-2 in the <br />revised EPP. <br />14) The most recent data in the EPP only includes through October 2008. Please provide current <br />data. <br />The EPP was issued in August 2009 and contained the available data through January 2009 for most <br />active monitoring stations (Table 2). Because the mine pool cannot typically be sampled during the <br />winter quarters, the EPP included mine pool data only through October 30, 2008. In response to the <br />DRMS need for the most current data set, the revised EPP (issued April 19, 2010) includes all <br />available water quality data through the first quarter 2010.
