d. The State of Colorado must be named as additional insured on each
comprehensive general liability policy;
e. Certificates of insurance must be provided to the State within 10 working
days after receipt of Award; and,
f. Insurance shall include provision providing notification to the State 10
days prior to cancellation of the coverage.
3. Automobile Liability (Minimum). The contractor must carry a minimum of
$1,000,000 combined single limit.
r Time of Work: Fifteen (15) calendar days with an approximate start date of October 26,
2009 and completed by November 9, 2009.
Work Description
The attached General Conditions for Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Terms and
Conditions apply to all work. All work shall take place in accordance with General Bid
Specifications of the Colorado Inactive Mine Reclamation Program, 2009.
