The following changes are hereby made to the Agreement include the cost/time adjustment for each change
1. Install a rock channel 115 feet long as specified by the Project Manager below the constructed road check dams. The
channel will be installed per the specifications noted in the bid document and the approved unit cost of $17.00 /lin.ft. The change
will be an increase of $1,955.00.
2. Install a rock channel 80 feet long and 5 check dams as specified by the Project Manager in the western channel. The
channel will be installed per the specifications noted in the bid document and the approved unit cost of $17.00 / lin.ft. and the
approved $200.00 /check dam. The change will be an increase of $2,360.00.
3. Install a rock channel 110 feet long as specified by the Project Manager in the confluence of the two drainage channels. The
channel will be installed per the specifications noted in the bid document and the approved unit cost of $17.00 /lin.ft. The change
will be an increase of $1,870.00.
4. With the additional work included in the project, new areas will need to be revegetated. An additional 1 acre may be
disturbed. Revegetation of the new areas will be per the specifications in the bid document and the approved cost of
$4,000 /acre (pricing will be based on the actual cost of disturbance measured by the Project Manager. The change will be an
increase of $4,000.00.
Justification
The Division has identified other maintenance work that needs to be performed on site. This work involves additional erosion
control repair and channel stabilization work. All of these tasks are included in the current Scope of Work and the approved unit
prices will be used.
