This report covers the time period between April 1, 2009 <br />and March 31, 2010. <br />Reportable Conditions: <br />On December 3, 2008, the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety ("DRMS") <br />approved the Amendment No. 9 application to Office of Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />Permit M-1908-244 for Mine Life Extension to the Cresson Project. <br />Mine Life Extension to the Cresson Project as approved by Amendment No. 9 included: <br />(1) Continued mining activities associated with the Main Cresson, East <br />Cresson-Wildhorse and Wildhorse Extension ("WHEX"), and the North Cresson-Schist <br />Island and Globe Hill-Mine Areas; (2) Continued development and expansion of the <br />Squaw Gulch Overburden Storage Areas ("SGOSA") and new East Cresson <br />Overburden Storage Areas ("ECOSA"); (3) A Phase 5 extension to the Valley Leach <br />Facility ("VLF"); (4) revised haul road and access routes to accommodate new areas of
