The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />The Reclamation Plan fails to address how final grading of the site will be done to control 4 /23 /10 <br />erosion and siltation of the affected lands, to protect areas outside the affected land from <br />slides and other damage as required by Rule 3.1.5(3). <br />PB or PV: _P_B_ <br />TOPIC(S): --RS- <br />Corrective actions are to: The Operator shall submit a Technical Revision describing how final <br />grading of the site will control stormwater runoff as it enters the drainage channels. The <br />Technical Revision shall include a map, with contour lines, depicting the final grade of the <br />site. The Technical Revision shall describe how stormwater runoff will be routed into both of <br />the drainage channels that leave the mine site. The Technical Revision shall be submitted to <br />the Division on or before April 23, 2010.
