RESPONSE Five copies of the complete permit revision application are submitted to CMLRD and seven copies to the OSM, Western Technical Center. TCC has developed a new format for this application. Rather than address each performance standard separately, TCC has incorporated the technical responses to Rule 4 into the narrative of the applicable section under Rule 2.
