EXHIBIT I <br />SOILS INFORMATION <br />The Pagosa-Lakehelen complex soils (M6-F) are deep well-drained soils with <br />slopes ranging from 25-80 percent. Depth to a restrictive layer for the Pagosa <br />component is greater than 60 inches. Depth to a restrictive layer for the <br />Lakehelen component is 20-40 inches. Surface organic matter content is high <br />(85%). Non-irrigated land capability class is 7e. <br />The Goldbug-Valto complex soils are also well-drained soils, with slopes ranging <br />from 3-25%. Depth to a restrictive layer for the Goldbug component is greater <br />than 60 inches. Depth to a restrictive layer for the Valto component is 10-20 <br />inches. Surface organic matter content is 3% on the Goldbug soil, and is 85% on <br />the Valto soil. Land capability class is 4e on Goldbug and 7s on Valto. <br />There are no prime or other important farmlands on the property.
