A parcel of land located in the Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /4) of Section 4, and the West Half of
the Northwest Quarter (W I /2N W I /4) of Section 9, Township 35 North, Range 2 West, New
Mexico Principal Meridian, Archuleta County, Colorado, more particularly described as

Beginning at a point on the west line of Section 4 from which the Southwest Comer of said
