Banta, <br />Division Director <br />RE: Conditional Revision Approval, Moffat County, Lyons Pit No. 2, <br />Permit-_No. M-80-248, Revi_si-on No. CN-01 <br />Dear Mr. Cooper: <br />On March 27, 1991 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the <br />conversion application submitted to the Division on December 24, 1990, <br />addressing the addition of 20,78 permit acres. The conditions to the approval <br />are noted below: <br />1. Moffat County will replace a minimum of twelve inches of <br />topsoil over all affected land during reclamation. <br />2. Moffat County will regrade all reclaimed slopes to gradients <br />no steeper than 4H:1V. <br />3. Moffat County will not be released from reclamation <br />responsibility until after a successful crop harvest. <br />The terms of the revision approved by the Board are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-80-248.
