strike length and dip of a vein virtually unexplored to date. The 125 proposed
drill holes will be spread over the sites to properly evaluate that vein. The
number of holes drilled at each site will vary.
7. Mount Sneffels Mining has recently learned that Ouray County and the U.S.
Forest Service both claim jurisdiction over the Yankee Boy Basin road.
Because of this dispute Mount Sneffels Mining will reclaim all drill sites. The
widening of the road drill sites will be reclaimed back to the original contour.
All drill sites and access roads were included in the original 1.25 acres.
8. Temporary Hole Abandonment: All holes not reclaimed or completed in one
drill season will be temporarily capped, staked, signed and covered with
planking to prevent unauthorized or accidental entry.
9. All drill sites will be bermed on the down slope sides to prevent any material
from leaving the site. Those sites within 100 feet of any active flowing water
source will have a separate restrictive drainage curtain on the down slope
side of the drill site. This curtain will direct any unwanted drainage flows
from the stream to a down slope area. This curtain will be plastic or other
materials designed to divert and contain unwanted flows.
Final Note: Drill sites 10, 16, 19, and 20 along with the associated access roads
will be with drawn from this exploration proposal. The number of drill holes and
the drill footage will remain the same.
If you have any questions or require additional information, please feel free to
contact me.
Sincerely

Charles R.
