Exhibit D — Mining Plan (Rule 6.4.4) <br />Exhibit D.1 has added as a noxious weed control plan for Russian Knapweed. <br />Exhibit D text item "e" (iii) has been revised to explain where mining will begin and the <br />direction it will proceed for each phase. It also changes back slopes to 3 to 1. <br />Exhibit D text item T' (i) has been revised to change side and back slopes to 3:1 <br />Mining will proceed to new areas before unreclaimed mining progresses. We agree <br />with your assumptions that unreclaimed or partially reclaimed areas could amount to <br />three acres or more at any one time. <br />Exhibit E — Reclamation Plan (Rule 6.4.5) <br />Exhibit E text item 1 has been revised to change below ground mining slopes to 3H to <br />1 V. <br />Exhibit E text item 2(c) has been revised to 3H:1 V slopes <br />Exhibit E text 2(d) has been revised to show a single seed mix for use on all reclaimed <br />areas, as well as what method will be used to seed. <br />Exhibit E text 2(e) (iii) has been revised to a 3H:1 V slope <br />Exhibit E text 2(f) (i) has been revised to a 3H:1 V slope <br />Exhibit E text has been revised to include a weed control plan for Russian Knapweed. <br />Exhibit F- Reclamation Plan Map (Rule 6.4.6) <br />Exhibit F.1, F.2.1, F.2.2 & F.2.3 have been revised to show the following: <br />✓ Labeled contour lines <br />✓ Access road to remain once reclamation in complete <br />✓ Signature and date <br />Exhibit G — Water Information (Rule 6.4.7) <br />Exhibit G has been revised to include the following: <br />✓ Depth to aquifer <br />✓ Flow rate of well <br />✓ Distance from affected area boundaries <br />Exhibit L — Reclamation Costs Rule 6.4.12 <br />Exhibit L has been revised to correct math errors. <br />Exhibit Q — Proof of Mailing Notices to the County Commissioners and Conservation <br />District (Rule 6.4.17). <br />Exhibit Q.1.1 is a signed receipt from the Alamosa County Commissioners <br />acknowledging receipt of the Notice on 12/17/2009 <br />AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER <br />
