Exhibit A — Legal Description (Rule 6.4.1) Map Al has been revised to show: ✓ Alamosa County Six Mile Road ✓ Existing access road to all three phases ✓ Main entrance location for Phase III ✓ Signature and Date Exhibit A text has also been revised to correspond with the changes made on Map Al Exhibit C — Pre - mininq and Mining Plan Maps (Rule 6.4.3) Exhibit C text item "g" has been revised to include the fence and Alamosa County Six Mile Road as structures within 200 feet of the permitted area Exhibit C text item "f' has been revised to include information about the well and pond, including information explaining how there will be no adverse impact to either. Map C.3 has been revised to show: entrances, onsite road, arrows showing the direction of mining in each phase. Map C.3.1 has been added to show areas to be mined if mining ceases at ground level. Map C.3.2 has been added to show areas to be mined if mining occurs to a 15' depth.There will be no stockpiling with this operation. Processing may occur at times on site if needed to screen out deleterious material. Processing areas will be located near toe of excavation.
