Denison Mines (USA) Corp. <br />Van 4 Mine - Ore Storage Pad <br />4. Material not in accordance with specification requirements of Paragraph 2.01. Remove <br />10 material in its entirety as determined by the ENGINEER. <br />F. Frequency of Tests <br />1. Each designated material type shall be tested once for every ore pad liner installed to <br />verify adequate compaction of material. <br />3.06 TOLERANCES <br />A. Minimum grades and slopes to provide drainage control shall be maintained. <br />B. Bedding and cover material above the geomembrane liner shall be placed to a minimum thickness <br />of 1.0 feet. An additional 6 inches of native fill shall be placed to prevent liner damage during <br />operations. Orange utility/snow fence shall be placed 6 inches above the geomembrane liner. <br />3.07 DISPOSAL OF UNSUITABLE, WASTE AND/OR SURPLUS EXCAVATED MATERIAL <br />A. Unsuitable, waste and surplus excavated material shall be disposed in areas as designed by the <br />OWNER. Materials may be temporarily stockpiled in an area within the limits of construction <br />that does not disrupt construction activities, create any nuisances or safety hazards, or otherwise <br />restrict access to the work site. <br />9 <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br />JOB NO. 64986. 10.1 4
