Where reference is made to one of the above standards, the revision in effect at the time of bid <br />opening shall apply. <br />• PART 2 PRODUCTS <br />2.01 BEDDING AND COVER MATERIAL <br />A. All material in contact with the geomembrane liner shall be smooth, free of foreign and organic <br />material, rocks larger than 3/8 inch in diameter, any angular rocks, and any sharp objects. <br />Standing water or excessive moisture shall not be allowed. <br />2.03 NATIVE MATERIAL <br />A. All native material shall be relatively smooth, free of foreign and organic material, rocks larger <br />than 2 inches in diameter, any angular rocks, and any sharp objects. Standing water or excessive <br />moisture shall not be allowed. <br />2.02 ORANGE UTILITY/SNOW FENCE <br />A. Orange utility/snow fence shall be durable, all-purpose barrier fencing made of polyethylene with <br />UV inhibitors. <br />PART 3 EXECUTION <br />3.01 LINES AND GRADES <br />A. Locate control points and verify that the vertical and horizontal positioning are as indicated. <br />B.
