Two types of seeding will be used each of the areas to be seeded are shown on the accompanying Exhibit F, Reclamation Plan Map. Due to the nature of the backfill material, hay, straw or fiber mulch is considered to be necessary. Mulching will be accomplished with a clean certified weed free straw at a rate of 2000 pounds per acre either crimped or "tacified" at 200 pounds per acre.
