Since this pump installation is basically an upgrade of existing <br />facilities no additional land disturbance is anticipated. <br />The water balance is not impacted by TR 58 since maximum flow rates will not be changed. <br />CC&V has reviewed the proposed TR 58 modifications for impacts to the financial warranty <br />calculations. Demolition costs for the new structures outlined in this technical revision are <br />provided in an attachment to this letter. The financial warranty amount increases by $133,866 as <br />a result.
