The revised text is included in the response package. <br />Section 2.05.6(2) <br />66. Page 2.04-171 of the permit application indicates there may be potential for <br />impacts to certain fish species in the Yampa River system if PSCM activities <br />result in consumptive use of water or changes in water quality. To address the <br />potential impact to threatened and endangered fishes in the Upper Colorado River <br />System (U.S. Fish and Wildlife's "Windy Gap Process"), please add to Section <br />2.05.6(2) of the permit application a calculation of PSCM's depletion to stream <br />flows. <br />Response: A discussion and calculation of stream flow depletions addressing the Windy <br />Gap Process has been added to Section 2.05.6(2) of the PAP beginning on page 2.05-67 <br />of that section.
