WILDCAT MINING CORPORATION <br />110(2) PERMIT. <br />March 12, 2010 Amendment M- 1981 -185 <br />EXHIBIT D <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />Rule 6.3.4 <br />Reclamation activities including in -place mill demolition, portal closure, regrading, topsoil placement, <br />soil amendments and seeding will commence at the completion of mining and milling operations (Rule <br />6.3.4 (1)(a)). Storm water diversion and sediment control structures will be put in and remain in place <br />until the regraded backfilled or regraded disturbed areas are top soiled/subsoil, and revegetated (Rule <br />3.1.5(3)). <br />Graded slopes as outlined in the reclamation plan will be less than 2(Horizontal [H]): I (Vertical [V]), top <br />soil will be placed where deemed possible and revegetated. If soil or alternative growth medium is not <br />available from borrow areas onsite, subsoil will be used with amendments or soil will be brought in from <br />offsite. Soil or subsoil will only be borrowed from the site within the permit area adjacent to existing <br />disturbed areas where the soil depth is greater than six inches and when approval from the Division has <br />• been obtained (Rule 6.3.4(1) (b)). <br />All manmade mining and milling structures will be salvaged or removed, and buried at the portal, <br />underground disposed offsite in an approved land fill or recycled. The disturbed areas will be graded, top <br />soiled to a depth of six inches, mulch applied and revegetated as outlined in this section. <br />Mayday portals will be appropriately backfilled with crushed rock, sloped and closed in accordance with <br />DRMS requirements. The portals will be barricaded or collapsed. Mine rock will be backfilled on the <br />existing bench such that the mine portal is buried under 5 feet of cover and graded with slopes equal to or <br />less than 2(H):1(V). (Rule 3.1.5 (7)). The mill site will be sloped, graded and reclaimed in accordance <br />with the guidelines outlined in this section where slopes will be equal to or less than 2(H):l(V) (Exhibit <br />E -7) . Slopes will be graded to conform to existing topography (See Exhibit D -1). (Rule 3.1.5) Slopes <br />will be graded to existing or geotechnical stable slopes or less as depicted on Exhibit D -2 (Mayday No. 1) <br />and Exhibit D -3 (Mayday No. 2)(Rule 6.3.4(1)(b) ) <br />Groundwater and surface water quality will be analyzed during and after reclamation activities to <br />document and to demonstrate compliance with existing surface and groundwater quality guidelines <br />established by the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission (WQCB). <br />Pre - existing mine roads outside of the Mayday permit area will not be reclaimed, graded or revegetated. <br />(Exhibit E) (Access Roads are identified in Exhibit C) (Rule 6.3.4(1) (d)) <br />0 March 12, 2010 Amendment M- 1981 -185 <br />Strategically Positioned — Technically Prepared" <br />9034 E Easter PI Suite 201, Centennial, Colorado 80112, p: (303) 832 -7664, f (303) 832 -7469 <br />
